A. Mandatory to fill in the application form. Candidate may check their status on AIEEE website and filled accordingly.

Q. 04 Whether filling of all 4 choices for center are compulsory?
A. Yes, those have not filled all the choices, center may be decided by the Board.

Q. 05 State code of eligibility?
A. State code of eligibility means the code of state from where a candidate has passed +2 examination by virtue of which he/she becomes eligible to appear in the AIEEE for admission to BE/B.Tech and B.Arch/B.Planning course of the institution /colleges of the states /UT. Indian Nationals passing the equivalent qualifying examination from any institution abroad, the state of eligibility will be determine on the basis of permanent address given in the passport of the candidate.

Q.06 Wrongly filled Sex status or any other option, then ask, what action to be done?
A. Candidate may check their status on AIEEE website and correct accordingly.

A. Form will not be cancelled

Q. 08 For Column No. 8, filled by male candidate or darken/mark the option.
A. Candidate may check their status on AIEEE website and correct accordingly.

Q. 09 Question Paper Medium left blank.
A. Form will not be cancelled and Bilingual Question Paper (Hindi & English) will be supplied.

Q. 10 Date of Birth Column left bank.
A. Mandatory to fill in the application form. Candidate may check their status on AIEEE website and filled accordingly.

Q. 11 Place of residence left blank
A. Form will not be cancelled

Q. 12 Category Column left bank.
A. Mandatory to fill in the application form. Candidate may check their status on AIEEE website and filled accordingly.

Q. 13 Physically handicapped column left blank
A. Mandatory to fill in the application form. Candidate may check their status on AIEEE website and filled accordingly.

Q. 14 School Board of Class XII, Type of Intuition, Mode of Preparation left blank
A. Form will not be cancelled

Q. 15 For Column No. 17, meant for “course” is left blank by candidate.
A. Mandatory to fill in the application form. Candidate may check their status on AIEEE website and filled accordingly. If no response is received from the candidate he/she will be allowed to appear in B.E. /B.Tech only.

Q. 17 Percentage of marks obtained in Class X

GENERAL QUERY:

Q1. Photo pasted without Name & Date or Date & Name has been written manually.
A. Form will not be cancelled, if name & date has not be written by the candidate on Photo.

Q2. Photo not attested.
A. Form will not be cancelled

Q3. Photo pasted colored instead of black & white
A. Form will not be cancelled.

Q 4. Applicant passed XIIth in 2008 but appeared for improvement in 2009 will be eligible or not.
A. Candidate passed in 2008 but appeared for improvement in 2009 onwards, form will be rejected as they are not eligibility to appear in AIEEE 2011.

Q 5. Candidate studying / appearing from other state & seeks 1st center choice in different state.
A. Center will be fixed within four choices by the candidate as far as possible.

Q6. Candidate filled Father name in place of mother name & vice-versa
A. Particulars of the candidates are being displayed on AIEEE website for verification by the candidate. Candidate may check their status on AIEEE website and send correction on proforma generated on website.
