In year 2005, Prerna Classes entered into Medical Entrance Preparation to provide good quality training for students who aspire to become medical professionals.

The initial courses named JEE Boost for 1 year and JEE Quest for 2 years are foundation courses. They are common to IIT-JEE aspirants as well as students preparing for medical entrance. Students who successfully qualify the JEE Boost examination can proceed to the Swift course for IIT classes and Pulse for medical. Students who successfully qualify the JEE Quest examination can proceed to the Aspire course for IIT classes or Aspire (Medical) course.
